We have been manufacturing cheese in Niagara Falls, Canada since 1965. Over the years we have maintained traditional cheese making techniques, using the open vat method to make our fresh ricotta, bringing a taste of the old country to Canada.  We pride ourselves in making cheese with pure ingredients free from food colouring. We value the art of cheese making – at our store you can find fresh caciotta, handmade caciocavallo, mozzarella, brick and provolone. Our passion for cheese making has been passed down for generations and we proudly continue to serve Niagara.
